Rayvin Guild Manager
A complete command center for members, ranks, treasury, missions, achievements, guild powers, activity, analytics, and rated wars.
Overview: How The Guild System Works
What It Is
The Rayvin Guild Manager is the in-game command center for everything your guild does: roster, ranks, treasury, missions, powers, achievements, analytics, and rated wars. Guilds are open to characters at level 300 or higher, and creating one is free.
How It Works
Guilds earn Reputation by completing daily and weekly operations, unlocking achievements, and finishing rated wars. Eligible monster, boss, and enemy-guild player kills advance the relevant operations and achievements. Reputation is never spent — it only accumulates, and it drives the guild's level from Recruit all the way to Legendary. Gold in the treasury is separate: it pays for the Guild Upgrade mission and war stakes, but deposits by themselves grant no reputation.
Key Rules
- Guild Powers: one active power at a time, requires at least 5 eligible online members (one per connection), changed inside a protection zone, 24-hour cooldown. A cooldown bypass costs 1,000,000,000 gold.
- Voluntarily leaving or disbanding a guild applies a 24-hour Guild Power lock only to the character who leaves or disbands. Other characters on the same account remain eligible. Kicked members are not penalised.
- PvP progress rejects same-connection farming; the same victim account only counts once per 6-hour window while the protection window holds.
- A guild needs exactly 3 default ranks (Member, Vice-Leader, Leader) and may add custom ranks up to a total of 20, with access levels 1–2.
How To Use It
Press Ctrl+Shift+G in game to open the Guild Manager. Create or join a guild, then use the navigation — Overview, Members, Ranks, Treasury, War Room, Activity, Missions, Analytics, Guild Powers, and Settings. Members can deposit treasury gold. Authorized ranks complete Guild Upgrade missions and declare wars from the War Room; classic chat war commands are disabled.
Getting Started
Create Or Join
Guild creation is free. Names must contain 4–20 characters and may use letters, spaces, apostrophes, and hyphens. Joining also requires level 300.
Command Center
Open the Guild Manager from the client top menu. The navigation includes Overview, Members, Ranks, Treasury, War Room, Activity, Missions, Analytics, Guild Powers, and Settings.
Permissions
Leaders can grant rank permissions for invites, members, ranks, settings, bank, wars, broadcast, outfit, and upgrades. A guild can have up to 20 ranks.
Guild Levels
| Level | Rank | Total Reputation | Member Limit | Invite Limit |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Recruit | 0 | 8 | 5 |
| 2 | Bronze | 2,500 | 15 | 6 |
| 3 | Silver | 7,500 | 22 | 8 |
| 4 | Gold | 17,500 | 30 | 10 |
| 5 | Platinum | 35,000 | 39 | 12 |
| 6 | Diamond | 60,000 | 49 | 15 |
| 7 | Master | 100,000 | 50 | 18 |
| 8 | Grandmaster | 160,000 | 61 | 22 |
| 9 | Mythic | 250,000 | 65 | 25 |
| 10 | Legendary | 400,000 | 70 | 30 |
Guild Powers
An active power scales at 1.00% base + 0.20% per eligible online group, limited by the power's cap. Five eligible groups activate a 2.00% bonus. If participation falls below five, the saved selection is suspended and resumes automatically once enough eligible groups return.
| Required Guild Level | Power | Effect | Maximum |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Guild Wisdom | Experience gain | 20% |
| 2 | Guild Fortune | Loot bonus | 20% |
| 3 | Guild Might | PvE damage | 8% |
| 4 | Guild Wrath | PvP damage | 8% |
| 5 | Guild Bastion | PvE damage reduction | 8% |
| 6 | Guild Aegis | PvP damage reduction | 5% |
Changing Power
The leader or an authorized rank may change the power while in a protection zone. Normal changes have a 24-hour cooldown.
Cooldown Bypass
An authorized member may pay 1,000,000,000 gold from the guild treasury to bypass the power-change cooldown.
Leaving A Guild
Only the character who voluntarily leaves or disbands receives a 24-hour Guild Power lock. The account's other characters remain eligible. When the leader disbands, other former members are not penalised; kicked members are not penalised either.
Missions, Treasury & Wars
Daily Operations
Each day includes one Guild Upgrade mission plus one rotating PvP, monster, or boss mission.
Weekly Operations
Each week includes one Guild Upgrade mission plus two different rotating PvP, monster, or boss missions.
Guild Upgrade
Authorized ranks spend treasury gold directly on an upgrade mission. Deposits alone do not grant reputation, and excess gold is not deducted.
Treasury
Any guild member may deposit. Withdrawing requires Bank permission, and the transaction console records guild gold activity.
Rated Wars
Guilds start at 1,000 rating. Wins grant 2,500 guild reputation, draws grant 250, and results update the competitive rating.
Fair Progress
Eligible monsters must grant experience. PvP progress rejects same-connection farming and repeated kills of the same victim during the protection window.
Guild Achievements
| Achievement | Goal | Reward |
|---|---|---|
| Monster Hunters I | Defeat 100,000 eligible monsters | 1,000 reputation |

| Blood Brothers | Score 2,000 valid PvP kills | 1,500 reputation |
| Daily Force | Complete 250 daily operations | 2,500 reputation |
| Treasury Titan | Spend 100 billion gold on guild upgrades | 2,500 reputation |
| War Machine | Win 50 rated guild wars | 5,000 reputation |
